Cooking is a passion for you, you have a discerning palate, you are a curious gourmet or a neophyte lover of fine foods, Initiation Gourmande would like to help you discover yesterday and today’s cooking…local cooking or foods from other lands!

Initiation Gourmande offers cooking and baking lessons, “gourmandes” lectures and conferences, or food tasting evenings.
 
         

Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer “salty” foods, you will learn how to prepare one, two or three recipes during each class.

In groups of 12 people (maximum), a chef will unveil the secrets of cooking to you.

You will go home with your creations…to impress your friends, or you will enjoy your creations on the spot.

Initiation Gourmande can also provide chefs in your own home, ready to take care of everything, from start to finish, from shopping to meal preparation including cleaning up your kitchen. The only thing left for you will be to enjoy the company of your guests.
